1. Storytime with Seth Rogan 

If you’re looking for a good celebrity podcast, Storytime with Seth Rogan is at the top of our lists. Putting a fun twist on the average celebrity interview-style podcast, this show actually takes celebrities' interesting, weird, shocking, and wild stories and turns them into an audio-based cinematic production. 

And let me tell you, it’s hilarious. 


2. Huberman Labs

Want to improve your knowledge around science and find actionable advice on how you can live your life better? Huberman Labs, hosted by neuroscientist Andrew Huberman, is focused on teaching everyday people about the power of science and how to bring it into your daily life. 

Everything from stress, muscle gain, sleep, happiness, and more, Huberman Labs has you covered. 


3. Becoming Wise

Hoping to work on becoming more wise in 2022—in the same amount of time that it takes for you to make your morning coffee or tea? Krista Tippett provides listeners with quick but powerful podcast episodes featuring brilliant guests, all with the goal of helping you become more wise and live a fuller life.

A famous podcast that we’re sure you’ve heard of, The Daily is a podcast that brings listeners the biggest stories to date, every day. Hosted by Michael Barbaro, each episode of The Daily is just 20 minutes long, so it’s an easy way for you to get all the information you need. 


7. Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend

This is truly one of our favorite podcasts. 

Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend is a light-hearted, heart-warming, and hilarious podcast. If you want to just calm your mind and laugh with some celebrities, tune in to this show. The goal of the podcast is for Conan to form deeper relationships with the guests and somehow as a listener, you’ll feel as if you’ve formed a deeper connection with them as well.

Let’s get healthier during this holiday season. 

Hosted by Dr. Chatterjee, Feel Better, Live More is a podcast that’s simplifying the over-complicated world of health and wellness. Dr. Chatterjee speaks with amazing guests to give you actionable advice on how you can live a better and more fruitful life.
