With years of experience in UX and product design, she thrives on listening to users’ voices—both literally and figuratively—to uncover insights that inform impactful design. She believes the best experiences are born from understanding real human stories. When she’s off the clock, you can find her drawing on her iPad, trying out new cuisines, immersing herself in a good book, or playing a game of fetch with her dogi.
