Using the listed description and prices as a guideline, negotiate and agree upon the job scope and timeline. Then any further communication and sharing of files up to 50MB can be done through your inbox.
If you’re ready to proceed, let your freelancer know and they’ll send a brief job proposal for your review!
The money won’t get released to your freelancer until you’ve confirmed that the job has been completed, ensuring peace of mind for both parties.
We charge a 2.5% transaction fee to cover payment processing. All pricing on the platform is in USD.
When the job is done, you’ll receive a notification; make sure to check any deliverables and navigate to the job to mark it as complete!

If you’re interested in becoming a freelancer on the platform:
Navigate to the app and sign up for an account. If you become a freelancer on the platform, your account will become dual purpose: you'll be able to both hire and be hired.
Select "sign up as freelancer" from the left-hand navigation bar
We’ll get back to you within 24 hours with next steps! All freelancers go through an approval process to ensure quality control on the platform.
Due to geographic restrictions of the payment processing platform that we use, we currently can only accept freelancers from the US or Canada.
Set up your Stripe Connect account to receive payments. You won't be listed as a freelancer until this step is complete.
Showcase your talents. We recommend including links to showcase some of your past work. And get creative!
Outline what you have to offer. Try to be as descriptive as possible.
Potential customers will be able to inquire about your services directly from your profile.
Once notified of a new customer inquiry you can negotiate scope, pricing, and receive any necessary files up to 50MB directly through the "Jobs" tab.
Create and send a job proposal if the customer agrees to move forward. You can set up either a milestone based or time based contract. Find out more here.
Get started on the job once you receive confirmation that the customer has accepted your proposal. Have peace of mind knowing that the customer has remitted payment; it’ll be held until the job is indicated as complete by both parties.
Send any necessary files back to the client and indicate job completion through the app.
Receive payment once the customer confirms completion on their end; the money will be released to your Stripe account, but may take up to 8 days to appear in your bank account
